Unable To Log-In

In order to use Blox, you will need to create an account using your email address and password or Google “Log In” option, if you prefer.

If for some reason, after using your login credentials, you are unable to log in, we recommend to following these steps:

1.- Clear the cookies and cache from your browser
2.- Try using a different browser or device in order to identify whether the issue is related to the browser or specifically to the account.
3.- Restore your password using the password recovery tool in the login form.

Take into consideration that the password is case sensitive. However, if after going through the steps mentioned above, you’re still unable to log in, do not hesitate to contact us at support@blox.io and we will gladly assist. Needless to say, we would appreciate if you could include in your email what type of error you experienced and the browser (or mobile version) you were using.
