My sync is not up to date

At Blox, we always aim at perfecting our product. However, sometimes you may find that your syncs are not completely up to date. It is important to highlight that due to exchanges’ APIs, it can take a few minutes to refresh all the information about your tokens and transactions. This refresh process it’s normally done every 5-15 minutes. Therefore, if you notice that you made a transaction in a wallet or an exchange and your sync is not up to date after 2 hours, something may not be working as it should.

If that happens, we would love to know about it. A simple email to support@blox.io is enough. We are doing checks on a constant basis, but the more eyes we can count with, the better.
