It may happen that, at some point, once syncing a wallet or exchange, you may notice that one of your tokens is missing. The reason behind it could be the fact that the token’s name was changed or even the contact address itself. In that case, we recommend deleting and re-syncing that specific wallet or exchange to make sure if it was not an isolated inconvenience or something else entirely.
Please check that the token is not listed under the “Dust tokens” category. For your own convenience, all your assets under a total balance of $5 balance are gathered in this section.
