Tagging and Labeling

One of the main features that Blox users requested is the ability to label your transactions. Now, more than ever before, companies need more than a list of transactions, they need organization. This is where labels come into play!

To use labels, first, you need to access your transaction list. In the portfolio page, click on the “Transactions” tab. Now, you will see a list of all the transactions you’ve made for that specific portfolio. The table can be filtered by type of operation, date, amount, etc. If that’s not enough, you will also have the option to add up to two labels to each transaction, to keep track of your activity in an organized way.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      There are different, predefined labels, like “Purchase”, “Income” or “Sale”, each one of them with their own color. To add a predefined label, go to the respective column and click the “+” button to select one from the list.

At the very bottom of the list, there will be a button to create a new customizable label. Simply name it and assign a color. As simple as that.

Labels will help you identify what type of transaction you have in your list in an easy and visual way. Do not forget that next to the label you can add a written note to make it even clearer.                      In case you encounter any inconveniences, do not hesitate to contact us at contact@blox.io. Your issue will be thoroughly reviewed, and we won’t rest until it’s solved 🙂

Happy tracking!
