Attachments and Notes

Invoices, receipts, paper copies, authorizations, sheets… There are too many types of transactions that involve paperwork, it is always important to keep them together. For that reason, with Blox Business, you can add attachments to all your transactions, so you can make sure not to miss anything.

We currently support attachments in the form of PDF, Excel files, images and Microsoft Files up to 10 MB. To attach a file to a transaction, go to the transaction tab in your portfolio and ‘expand’ any transaction you want. Once expanded, you’ll be able to attach a file by simply clicking on the ‘plus’ button. Once expanded, you will notice a paperclip icon. Click on it and select “Add Attachment” to import a file of your choice.

Take into consideration that you can add an unlimited number of attachments to a transaction. We don’t want you to miss any important piece of information! Of course, you have the option to delete any attachment or to download it in case you’ll need it in the future.

However, sometimes attachments won’t be enough to clarify all the needed information regarding a transaction and for that reason we also added a “Notes” feature. If you expand a transaction to view all the details about it by clicking the “+” button, you will notice that at the end you can click to add a note. Here you have an example:

Notes can be edited anytime by you or your colleagues according to your needs. We want to make sure that you can save all the relevant information about your transactions directly into Blox and thanks to the attachments and the notes, that is now both easy and fast.
