Activity Alerts

Being able to follow your assets’ performance in real time is essential, almost mandatory these days. With hundreds of crypto assets in the industry and billions of dollars in trading volume, we figured that having a tool or a mechanism to inform you in case something unusual takes place in your accounts, would be very useful. The notification center (or ׳Activity alerts׳) is a robust and accurate (cloud-based) alert system that enables you to receive notifications according to two events: Transactions and Price Spikes.

If you activate this feature, every time a transaction, over a predetermined price, takes place, you will be notified promptly. For example, you can set the price to $100, so that when a transaction (of any sort) over that amount is made, you will know about it right away.

Same goes when it comes to spikes in prices. Every time your portfolio’s balance changes by more than a predetermined percentage, you will be notified on the spot. For example, you can set the percentage to 5%, so that when a change to your balances or portfolios larger than 5% takes place, you’ll be the first to know about it.

The choice to determine the price and percentage is completely up to you! To set up your alerts, simply click on your username (at the top right corner of the screen) and click again of the bell icon as you can see in the next screenshot. And remember: everything is cloud based, so you won’t miss a thing!

One last important thing to remember –  If you want to extend the ‘Activity Alerts’ to your collaborators, you can do it! All you need to do is to select the name in the dropdown list inside the ‘Activity Alerts’ settings and that’s it.

Do not forget that if you need assistance with this or any other feature, our team is always available for you. One email to and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
