CSV Export from Blox
This tutorial will guide you through the process of exporting your files from Blox, into .CSV format to upload into your general ledger software (Ex: Quckbooks, Xero)

How To Export Transactions Into .CSV
- Log into Blox.io.
- Export transactions by selecting the Transaction tab.
- Click on Export CSV.
- Please note, you can download your complete and entire tx history or use our filter options for a specific date range.
- You will then be prompted with a window to select your download location.
- Choose your location and click save.
- Open your .CSV file to view your transactions or begin formatting.
Exporting Snapshots into .CSV
- Click on the Overview tab.
- In the Portfolio Snapshot (right-sidebar), click on the little blue arrow box.
- It will download the entire history of snapshots for the month to-date. (You can choose to select a specific month to download).
- You will then be prompted with a window to select your download location.
- Choose your location and click save.
- Open your .CSV file to view your snapshots.
- You will notice a folder for each day.
- Within each day’s folder are 3 separate files:
- Overview: A comprehensive view of all your portfolio assets and accounts.
- Accounts: List of accounts, current value and more.
- Assets: A full list of all your assets and their portfolio information.

Exporting Specific Date Snapshots into .CSV
- Click on the Overview tab.
- In the Portfolio Snapshot (right-sidebar), you can select and click a specific day to export.
- Once the snapshot for the specific day appears, click on the Export CSV button.
- You will then be prompted with a window to select your download location.
- Choose your location and click save.
- Open your .CSV file to view your snapshots.
- You will notice a folder for each day.
- Within each day’s folder are 3 separate files:
- Overview: A comprehensive view of all your portfolio assets and accounts.

- Assets: A full list of all your assets and their portfolio information.
