American – workdays: Mondays – Friday (5:00PM – 11:00PM)

The role requires excellent English abilities, both oral and written, to assist the Head of Customer Success with listening and facilitating the needs and requests from Blox customers located in the United States. The role requires working in days and hours accordingly with the American workdays.

As a customer support representative you will have to pay attention to details, maintain strong relationships with clients and use creativity to provide the right solutions for our customers. There is also the possibility to work from home, with weekly in-office visits to connect with your manager and hang out with the Blox team!

As a Customer Support Representative your responsibilities will be:

  • Troubleshooting assistance for customer issues, integrations and relevant problems
  • Online interaction with our sales/support/success/ QA and clients
  • Helping customers better use blox, understand the application, use cases, limitations and, customization/ integration approaches
  • Proactively anticipating and resolving errors and issues
  • Actively monitoring recurring issues and deployment of fixes
  • Focus and scope of work: ‘Making sure that our clients are HAPPY’


  • Fluent English – verbal & written- A must!
  • Communication and customer facing abilities

  • Working across time-zones and with different cultures 


  • Blockchain / Cryptocurrency knowledge – big advantage
  • ZenDesk knowledge – big advantage
